This cottage has 3 bedrooms at first floor level, 2 with double beds and 1 with twin beds which can be linked to form a king sized bed if required. There are 2 bathrooms (bath with shower over) . One at first floor level and the other on the ground floor.

The fitted kitchen has washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker, fridge freezer and dining area. The cottage is Wifi enabled.

Separate lounge with gas stove.

A cot,high chair nursery fireguard and stairgate are available on request.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 1 infant, has mains gas and parking is adjacent to the cottage. No smoking or pets are permitted (guide dogs excepted) for the comfort of all our guests.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the booking will secure your booking (cheque or debit card by phone).The balance is due 1 month prior to arrival .Online bookings will be charged the full balance at the time of booking.
